Al-Hijr · An-Naml

15:1 says 'ayat al-kitabi wa Qur'anin mubin' while 27:1 says 'ayat al-Qur'ani wa kitabin mubin' — the words Quran and Kitab are swapped in position.

Al-Baqarah · An-Naml

Both describe the Quran as 'huda' — 2:2 ends 'hudal lil muttaqin' while 27:2 says 'hudal wa bushra lil mu'minin,' swapping 'muttaqin' for 'mu'minin' and adding 'wa bushra.'

An-Naml · Luqman

Identical description of believers: they establish prayer, give zakat, and have firm certainty in the Hereafter. Repeated in Al-Naml (27) and Luqman (31).

An-Naml · Al-Qasas

Both describe Moses seeing his staff writhe like a jinn (jann) and fleeing without looking back; 27:10 is the first encounter at the burning bush, 28:31 reprises the same scene when Moses is formally commissioned.

An-Naml · Al-Ahqaf

Both contain the supplication: 'Lord, inspire me to thank Your favor upon me and my parents and to do righteous deeds.' 27:19 (Sulayman) ends asking to be admitted among the righteous; 46:15 (a believer at 40) adds asking for righteous offspring.

Nearly identical: the Prophet cannot guide the blind from misguidance; only those who believe in Allah's signs will hear. Minor orthographic variant: بِهَادِي (27:81) vs بِهَادِ (30:53).

Al-A'raf · An-Naml

Both describe Lot's people approaching men with desire but 7:81 ends with 'musrifun' (transgressors) while 27:55 ends with 'tajhalun' (acting ignorantly).

An-Naml · Az-Zumar

Both describe the Trumpet blast causing all in the heavens and earth to swoon, 'except whom Allah wills'; 27:87 is the first mention, 39:68 elaborates with the second blow that causes the resurrection.

Ash-Shu'ara · An-Naml

Verbatim: 'and We rained upon them a rain; evil was the rain of those who were warned'; both describe the punishment rain on the people of Lut -- 26:173 in the Al-Shu'ara account, 27:58 in the Al-Naml account.
