highlighted words differ between verses

61:9 · As-Saff · Juz 28

He is the One Who has sent His Messenger with ˹true˺ guidance and the religion of truth, making it prevail over all others, even to the dismay of the polytheists.

48:28 · Al-Fath · Juz 26

He is the One Who has sent His Messenger with ˹right˺ guidance and the religion of truth, making it prevail over all others. And sufficient is Allah as a Witness.

Third pair in the three-way set (see 9:33/48:28 and 9:33/61:9): all three share the opening about the Prophet sent with guidance to prevail over all religion; 9:33 and 61:9 are verbatim identical, while 48:28 ends 'sufficient is Allah as witness' instead of 'even if the polytheists dislike it.'
