2:197 · Al-Baqara · Juz 2

˹Commitment to˺ pilgrimage is made in appointed months. Whoever commits to ˹performing˺ pilgrimage, let them stay away from intimate relations, foul language, and arguments during pilgrimage. Whatever good you do, Allah ˹fully˺ knows of it. Take ˹necessary˺ provisions ˹for the journey˺—surely the best provision is righteousness. And be mindful of Me, O  people of reason!

3:97 · Aal-i-Imraan · Juz 4

In it are clear signs and the standing-place of Abraham. Whoever enters it should be safe. Pilgrimage to this House is an obligation by Allah upon whoever is able among the people. And whoever disbelieves, then surely Allah is not in need of ˹any of His˺ creation.

Both close their Hajj-obligation passages with the identical phrase 'wa Allahu ghaniyyun 'an al-'alamin' (Allah is self-sufficient from the worlds) — 2:197 in the context of the Hajj months, 3:97 after 'wa lillahi 'ala al-nas hijj al-bayt'.
