وَلَمَّا بَلَغَ أَشُدَّهُۥٓ ءَاتَيْنَـٰهُ حُكْمًا وَعِلْمًا ۚ وَكَذَٰلِكَ نَجْزِى ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ
And when he reached maturity, We gave him wisdom and knowledge. This is how We reward the good-doers.

And when he reached full strength and maturity, We gave him wisdom and knowledge. This is how We reward the good-doers.
Identical formula applied to two prophets reaching maturity: 'We gave him judgment and knowledge; and thus do We reward the doers of good'; 12:22 is Yusuf, 28:14 is Musa.
